Integration of Leading Enterprise Application Training Platform Assists Customers in Conducting Clinical Trials More Effectively

DataLabs and Global Knowledge have entered into a partnership agreement that allows DataLabs to integrate OnDemand Personal Navigator into the DataLabsXC suite of software for study design, data capture, and data management.

DataLabs will use OnDemand Personal Navigator to develop and deploy a multi-lingual e-learning education and training delivery solution for its DataLabsXC customers, which include major pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and research institutions. Customers will have the ability to customize documentation and training content to meet the unique needs of each clinical trial. The collaborative solution, DataLabs Accelerated Learning powered by OnDemand Software, will provide consistent documentation, training, and performance support across a distributed workforce of physicians and clinical professionals who are working with DataLabs customers to deploy clinical trials all over the world. OnDemand Personal Navigator will also allow DataLabs customers to measure user competency to ensure users have a working knowledge of the system prior to patient enrollment, which is critical for the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.
