The ViewPoint Quantum platform builds on Octagon’s holistic, process-centric approach, providing the power and business intelligence to drive complex, global processes throughout the enterprise. “We are pleased to announce the launch of the ViewPoint Quantum website,” noted Kathy Bouldin, senior manager, Marketing, Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. “We believe that the site will help us to develop a strong community using social media to bring visitors together who have common interests and experiences. We are encouraging our visitors to voice their opinions and share their knowledge."
“We have provided some initial content to get the ball rolling but we are hoping that our community of users will drive the discussion forums and blog topics,” noted Monique Garrett, vice president, Marketing. “For example, there are many of us in industry who have accumulated years of submission war stories and some of these stories are really entertaining. We are creating a space on the site where folks can submit their worst war stories and enter a contest. The winner of the submission war stories contest will receive a prize and have their story featured in an animated video on the ViewPoint Quantum website.”
www.viewpointquantum.com <http://www.viewpointquantum.com/> represents the first industry website to utilize social media to cover such a broad range of topics relating to process management.
