ICON plc has announced the release of two new digital solutions supporting clinical research sites and sponsors. The FIRECREST suite of digital clinical solutions are now integrated with the ICON Safety Reporting solution to enable electronic acknowledgement of safety letters by principal investigators, with compliance tracking and dashboard reporting.
FIRECREST Safety Letters aims to supports sites to manage safety letters and increase transparency for sponsors.FIRECREST Site Question Management provides medical query routing according to region and role. A record of the interactions and metadata are held centrally in the site portal for oversight purposes and an exportable excel document can be filed in the eTMF.
