Bracket, a clinical trial specialty services provider, has appointed J. Matthew Bond as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the company's leadership team. Most recently, Bond co-founded and served as the CFO of Aptiv Solutions.
Greenphire, a provider of payment technology for the clinical trials industry, appointed David Horsley as Senior Director of European Business Development. Horsley will be responsible for enhancing and extending Greenphire's continued presence in Europe.
Horsley most recently worked as Senior Director for the Perceptive Partner Program in PAREXEL’s Perceptive Informatics division, where he was instrumental in establishing business development operations in the European and Asia Pacific regions.
Profil Institute for Clinical Research, a CRO focused on diabetes, obesity and NAFLD/NASH, announced Christian Weyer, MD, M.A.S., as its President and Chief Development Officer. Weyer was most recently President and CEO of Fate Therapeutics.
Advanced Clinical, a full-service global CRO, functional outsourcing and strategic talent acquisition provider, has added Denise Kurowski, Senior Vice President, FSP, to its leadership team. Kurowski most recently was Executive Vice President for Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), an international IT Staffing and Solutions company.
Medical Research Network (MRN), a global home healthcare provider for clinical trials, has expanded with a raft of new hires in the UK and US. At MRN's UK headquarters the eight new hires are: Jo Carter and Sue Lafferty join as a Project Managers, Charlotte Geen and Eleni Katsis both join as Project Support Associates; Matimba Swana joins as Business Development Executive, Rebecca Veall as Vendor and Contracts Associate, Harriet Wylie as Analyst and Fraser Wylie as Proposals and Contracts Associate.
In MRN's Chicago office, new starters include Jennifer Kilgore Project Manager, Saketh Gudipati, Project Support Associate and Leigh Schnake, Executive Assistant.
Q2 Solutions, a Quintiles Quest joint venture, has named Patrice Hugo, PhD as its Chief Scientific Officer (CSO). Hugo most recently was Associate Vice President and Chief Scientist at Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp).
Novella has named two executives to its company. Louise Eggleton is Vice President of European Operations and Lyn Morgan recently began as Senior Director of European Project Management, Oncology.
The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) announced the retirement of its Executive Director Sherry Keramidas, whose leadership during a 20-year tenure helped advance the healthcare regulatory profession. She will retire at the end of January 2016.

PRA Health Sciences relocated to a new office in Singapore to support its expanded operations in the region. The move will allow PRA to consolidate its workforce and be strategically located near many of its clients in the area.
